From the Spenga web site: SPENGA is the first fitness studio of its kind to put equal focus on the three components of fitness – cardio, strength, and flexibility – all in one 60-minute workout. Our dedicated instructors guide you through each session, which combines 20 minutes of Spinning, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga. Stimulating music and invigorating aromatherapy complement the workout, further enhancing the experience.
