A much needed facelift is in the works at the Boca Greens Plaza on US 441. The aging strip mall has been in desperate need for a long time. Despite having some excellent longtime tenants – like Boon’s Asian Bistro and Lee’s BBQ – the plaza has never had a huge anchor to bring in the customers. The outdated look hasn’t helped bring in new heavyweight tenants. Hopefully this facelift will do the trick. West Boca has several plazas in need of an update. This is one of the few plazas not owned by Investments Limited that we have seen taking the plunge. We’re happy to see Boca Greens making the effort! The new upgrade is to include “major façade upgrades, enhanced landscaping and property lighting, restructuring and re-striping of parking lot, a new drive aisle for improved access to center, and new pylon signage.
